Got back about an hour ago from a pretty unpleasant 5 mile run…53:00 for 5 miles is pretty damn slow, considering my PR is 40:23….
Had some horrid shin splints and pushed through anyway, finally enjoying the last mile of the run…Funny to say that it took me 4 miles before I enjoyed my run!
